5. By agreeing to the privacy policy you give the search roof the right to choose which user’s property will be listed in the portal.
6. Search roof reserves all the right to terminate a property if found to be from a broker.
7. Search roof will send a formal invite to the email id provided by the user’s to see their project listed in our property portal.
8. Search roof will reserve a right to send periodic emails to all the users regarding their project/advertisements/newsletters etc. however if you wish to opt out of the same you can also do the same.
9. Once you accept our policy and term of use search roof will reserve the right to collect your personal information to check the accuracy of the project.
10. If contacted through phone or messages search roof will reserve all the messages from every person which will be later used for the listing and contact purpose.
11. Once your email id or phone number is updated with searchroof.com it reserves the right to send the promotional mails or messages irrespective the person adopted the registration with “National DND registry” and will not be taking into consideration of such registration.

• The above mentioned will help us to confirm that your genuinely a owner/association/management and can list your requirement/property with us.
• Please note that your property to be listed in our website should be only through your Email, Telephone, WhatsApp, Hike or Skype.
• Please also note that we may, but are not obligated to, can use the information you provide to verify that you are actually an owner or a tenant and not a broker.
• Profile Information: Your profile with searchroof.com may not include any of the following content: telephone numbers (except where asked), any photographs containing nudity, profanity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter.
• Despite this prohibition, it is possible that information provided by other searchroof.com users (for instance, in their Profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services in violation of these Terms of Use.
• Searchroof.com does not assume any responsibility or liability for this material. We encourage you, however, to help us keep the website clean by contacting us if you notice any misuse of the Service.

• Being a tenant you are also needed to provide the relevant contact information to us for providing you the relevant details and to ensure that you are not any 3rd party person.
• Searchroof.com respects the users privacy and will use the information provided by either the tenants or the owners for the sole purpose of advertisements and offers to be sent by searchroof.com
• Searchroof.com and its business associates shall have all rights to continue communicating with the owners and tenants and in return the owners and tenants shall completely indemnify them against any liability that may arise as a result of such authorisation to communicate.
• Such indemnification shall extend to court cases and suits and all lawyer / advocate fees, even if the dispute is never subjected to judicial scrutiny.
• Neither the tenants nor the owners may use the site for the purpose of someone else’s property.
• The property postings will be only genuine and neither of the parties can use this site for collect/post any review or blog about the same.
• If the above mentioned point is carried out still they may be eligible to face the legal consequences from the service providers.

PROHIBITION FROM SEARCH ROOF

Either of the parties be it Owner or Tenant shall not violate the below mentioned following rules through site or in contact with the service.

1. You cannot attempt to gain an unauthorized access to the searchroof.com in order to help someone else by creating a false/fake id or address to get benefitted from the site.
2. You shall not use this site for anything apart from searching and listing your properties.
3. You shall not use the information provided for any unlawful activity be it a threatening message, obscene, libellous or anything that would harm one’s self respect.
4. You shall not send any spam mails/messages to any of the users.
5. You are not eligible to store or send any sort of computer viruses (Such as Worms, Torjan horse etc.) and any other harmful files, scripts, or programs. If found to be guilty searchroof.com reserves the rights to take legal actions against the person.
6. It is good and exciting to be software professional but it is wrong to interrupt the performance of someone else’s service and searchroof.com can take legal actions against the same.
